What If…
What if in one week of your life, in the middle of nowhere, you could find the Center of everything. Somebody named Jacob was surprised to find it in the wilderness as he slept outside on a rock pillow. A guy named Moses was surprised to find it in a burning bush in the middle of the desert. Shepherds were surprised to find it one chilly night in an animal’s feeding trough.
…And hundreds of students are surprised to find it every summer in Grayson Kentucky. Not religion. Not childish answers to real questions. Not guilt and condemnation.
They find God.
Summer in the Son is a designed to be a powerful week where students are invited into the presence of God through great music, thought-provoking messages, interaction with other students and adults. And then, like every encounter with God, it’s designed to change things for every week thereafter.
High School
Summer in the Son is KCU’s yearly conference for High School students. Join us for a life-transforming experience for you and your group that features hard-hitting teaching, intense worship, and an all-star lineup of special guests that will make your summer unforgettable!

Summer in the Son – Jr. High (formerly known as Junior High Challenge) is KCU’s yearly summer conference for students in grades 6-8. The energy level, exciting times of worship and teaching, and tremendous personnel assembled for SITS JH will lay the groundwork for God to do some awesome things through you and your youth group this summer.
